Let alone if the Game Capture option is causing stuttering, since It's not using the recommended Video Capture Source. I'm streaming from a several year old gaming laptop so it's not exactly optimal, but I haven't found any options to change it from 1080p 60fps, to even 720p 30fps to help with the frame skipping that I get on stream. The only way it's worked so far is through Game Capture. The exact issue comes up in both programs, so I'll summarize: When I try to use the Video Capture Device widget that is recommended be used, nothing shows up on the screen at all, the other options such as Vtube Studio/Facerig cam options appear in the screen awaiting input, but nothing for the Capture Card.
